That's right, you'll be able to look back and show your family & friends the highlights, people, laughter, fun, and spiritual emphasis of your week at Camp. Approximately 15 minutes in length, these digitally produced videos can be pre-ordered in the online Camper Registration System!

By pre-ordering you'll be sure to get your T-shirt in the size you want on registration day! You can do this when you register online.

Craft Fund

At Camp Caroline, we want to give children some responsibility over their spending choices, while also recognizing that lost and stolen money is a reality. Therefore we have a system where your child has a craft fund from which they can spend money for crafts. At the time of registration, we provide a place where you get to choose how much you want to put into your child's craft fund. Our staff will then record money expenditures on paper, so that your child does not have to worry about his or her money during the week. We recommend that each camper starts with $5.00 - $10.00 in his/her craft fund, in order to purchase some of our more advanced craft options ($0.50 - $7.50). Please note these amounts vary for Grades 2/3 Camp. New this year: Money for daily candy orders (canteen) is now included in the base registration fee.

Payment Details

Registration fees can be paid by Visa or MasterCard in full at the time of online registration or with a Payment Plan. A payment of at least $50.00 per person is required within two weeks of online registration in order to hold the camper's spot in his/her camp program. The balance of the fees (including the Craft Fund amount) are due no later than June 15th.

If you wish to pay by cheque or money order, cheque(s) for the full fee amount must be received within two weeks of online registration. Post-dated cheques are accepted; however, they may be dated no later than June 15th, and at least $50.00 per person must be cashable within two weeks of the initial online registration. Make cheques or money orders payable to Camp Caroline.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations prior to June 15th will forfeit the $50.00 non-refundable deposit processed at time of registration.

Cancellations between June 15th and that Sunday which is two weeks prior to the first day of the camper's week will forfeit 50% of the base fee.

Cancellations later than two weeks prior to the first day of the camper's week will forfeit 100% of the base fee. Full refunds will be given for craft fund, program, t-shirt, and DVD fees.

Financial Aid

We want all children to be a part of this tremendous camp experience. If financial limitations are preventing you from registering your child at summer camp, we want to help. Read about and apply to our "Campership Aid Program" on the “Camper Profile Form” page of your online registration. All requests will be carefully considered.
