Serving as summer staff or volunteering at Camp Caroline has proven to be life-changing for so many people. We invite you to come learn about yourself, learn about God, deepen your relationship with Jesus, pick up some valuable leadership skills, and experience an atmosphere of community and passionate living for God. Our desire is to serve our glorious God through pouring into the hearts and lives of His children, young and old. Come shine the light of Jesus and make a difference in someone's life!
New! We’ve recently introduced a system for staff and volunteer online applications and references, powered by CAMPWISE Camp Managerment Software. No more paper copies, no more scanning or faxing – just a series of simple online entries. With a "restart code," you can even work on a portion, save it and come back later to complete more, until you’re ready to finally submit your application! (A "restart code" is just another name for "username.") You’ll submit your reference contact info, including email, so that a link for their online reference form is automatically emailed to them. See more details under paid and volunteer staff information below.

(Frequently Asked Questions)
If you still have questions, email us.
Pre-Camp Training
At Camp Caroline, we are committed to building into and equipping our staff and volunteers. Therefore, all of our full-time summer staff undergo ten days of intensive training before summer camp begins. New volunteers take part in an orientation session at the beginning of each camp week and work together with staff who've been fully trained.
Police Information Checks
Camp Caroline is committed to providing a safe environment for campers and staff at all levels - physical, emotional, and spiritual. Therefore, recent Police Information Checks are required for all Camp Caroline staff, including year-round staff, summer staff, volunteers, and LDTs upon acceptance. Thank you for working with us to create a safe Camp Caroline.
Caring for Our Staff
Throughout the summer, our team of supervisors give continued support and encouragement to staff and volunteers alike. We hope that all staff and volunteers leave camp not only having poured into campers' lives, but also have been poured into themselves. We look forward to working with you.
Paying Our Staff
Camp Caroline desires to care for their staff not only spiritually, but also as best as we can financially. This is why we offer our Paid Summer Staff a salary of $280/week, including the training week at the beginning of the summer, plus room and board all summer. Our hope is that a summer at camp will enhance a person's growth and education, while helping to cover some of the costs of post-secondary education.
